Program name: Fitzaey LLC. When you give us your mobile number and check an SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Fitzaey LLC about:
- replies to your inquiry and quote follow-ups
- appointment and shoot scheduling, reminders and confirmations
- project updates, deliverable links and account or billing notices
- occasional offers and news, only if you checked the marketing box
2. Two kinds of consent
Our forms ask separately for (1) transactional messages related to your request, scheduling or account, and (2) marketing messages such as news and offers. Each box is optional and unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of being a guest.
