Pricing, deposits, who owns the footage, and how reels, events, podcasts and drone shoots work with our St. Petersburg, FL team.
There is no flat price list, because every project is different. Your price depends on the quality level you want (crew size, cameras, lighting, drone), how many shoot days it takes, travel, the planning and research behind it, how many edits and platforms it goes to, and the usage rights you need. Tell us about your project on the short form and Fitz prices it by hand, then sends a custom proposal with clear numbers and no surprises.
Because you are paying for more than the shoot day. A quick social clip and a multi-camera brand film use different crews, gear and edit time. Planning, scripting and research, travel and setup, the number of finished videos, and how and where you will use them (organic social, paid ads, TV, licensing) all change the work. We price each project on what it actually takes, so you never pay for things you do not need.
Fill out the short form at fitzaey.com. Right after, you get a link to a quick project details form: the services you want, the deliverables, one-time or monthly, your timeframe, and a budget range if you have one. Fitz reads every inquiry himself and builds your proposal around your business.
Yes. Your date is only guaranteed once the deposit is paid, or once the project is paid in full on the day. The deposit is a non-refundable booking retainer, because it holds your date and we turn other work away for it. If something comes up, talk to us. We always work toward a win-win, and your proposal spells out every amount before you commit.
No. Monthly content plans can run month to month, with 15 days notice to cancel, or on a 3-month commitment that costs less per month and gives us the runway to test, learn and double down on what works. We will tell you honestly which one fits your business.
Every deliverable includes up to 2 rounds of revisions, sent within 7 days of delivery. That keeps your content moving and your posting schedule on track. Bigger changes outside the agreed scope, like a new concept or an extra shoot day, are quoted separately so you always know what you are paying for first.
You own the finished deliverables you hired us for. For example, if you hire us for 20 reels, those 20 reels are yours to post, share and use. Unless your contract says otherwise in writing, Fitzaey LLC keeps the raw footage and the rights to it. You pay only for the deliverables.
Yes, if you need it. Raw footage and its rights are not included by default, but they can be added to your project. Just ask before the shoot so it is written into your contract and priced in your proposal.
Usage depends on what is in your proposal. Organic posting on your own channels is standard. Paid ads, TV, licensing and long-term campaign use are usage rights we price in, so tell us up front how you plan to use the videos and we will write it into your contract.
Before the shoot we plan the shot list, locations and talking points, so the day runs fast. On the day we handle lighting, audio and direction, and coach you on camera. After, we do the edit, color, sound mix and captions in-house, and deliver versions for your website, your ads and every social platform.
Yes. We cover conferences, summits, launches and corporate events across Tampa Bay with multi-camera setups and dedicated audio. You get a highlight video, and we can add short clips for social, drone shots or a second shooter. Event coverage is guaranteed once your deposit is paid or the event is paid in full on the day.
Yes. We run multi-camera livestreams for conferences, launches, podcasts and corporate events, with live switching and clean audio. Stream it live for the people who could not make it, then turn the recording into a highlight video and short clips. Tell us the venue, the date and where you want it streamed.
Yes. We help you plan the show format and guests, then set up cameras, lights and a mic for every guest in our St. Pete studio or at your place. You talk, we run the board. Fitz hosts two podcasts himself, Create Before Consume and Infinite Creative, so you are working with someone who records every week.
One conversation turns into a lot of content: the full episode edited for YouTube, an audio version for Spotify and other podcast apps, a cold open that hooks viewers in the first seconds, and captioned short clips for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. The clips are where most of the views come from, so we treat them as their own content.
Yes. Fitz is an FAA licensed drone pilot, so aerial video and photos for real estate, construction, events and brand videos are flown legally under FAA rules. Flights depend on weather and airspace, so if conditions are unsafe we move the flight to a new date. Drone can be booked on its own or added to any shoot.
Yes. Our 360 photo booth works for weddings, corporate events, brand activations and parties. Guests step on, the camera spins around them, and they walk away with a slow-motion video made for sharing. Send your event date, venue and guest count, and we will put together a package that fits.
Yes. Fitz consults creators and businesses on 11 revenue streams beyond YouTube ad revenue. Whether you already have an audience or you are building a channel from day one, we look at your content and show you where money is being left on the table.
We are based at 4044 3rd Ave N in St. Petersburg, FL, where we record podcasts in our studio. We shoot across Tampa Bay and Pinellas County, including St. Petersburg, Tampa, Clearwater and Largo, and travel for the right project. Travel is factored into your proposal.

Short-form reels and social media
Do you film the content yourselves or just edit and post?
We film it. We plan the month, show up with lighting and audio, and shoot in batch filming days so you are only on camera a few hours a month. Then we edit with captions and graphics, write the captions, and post on every platform. Your social media is built from real video of your business, not stock clips.
How long does it take to see results from short-form video?
Plan on about three months. Month one gives us real data on your audience, month two we test hooks and formats, and month three we double down on what performs. Some videos take off fast, but we never promise views or follower counts, and nobody honestly can. We promise consistent content and a monthly report showing what is working.
What kinds of businesses do you make reels for in Tampa Bay?
Mostly local and growing businesses that win when people see their face: a nurse turned creator (Nurse Gone Rogue), a wellness studio (Tummo Studios), a food brand (Beef Bootlegger), a chiropractor (100% Chiro), a medical massage clinic (BetterBody Medical Massage) and a peptide wellness brand (BluefitMD). If your customers are on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or YouTube, short-form can work for you.
Do you post the content for me?
Yes. Social media management covers the full loop: the monthly content calendar, the videos, captions and hashtags in your voice, scheduling and posting on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, and a monthly report on views, followers and what drives leads. You approve content the way you prefer, every post or a quick monthly sign-off.
