Yes. Fitz is an FAA licensed drone pilot, so aerial video and photos for real estate, construction, events and brand videos are flown legally under FAA rules. Flights depend on weather and airspace, so if conditions are unsafe we move the flight to a new date. Drone can be booked on its own or added to any shoot.
How much does drone videography cost in St. Pete?
There is no flat price. Your quote depends on the location and any airspace approvals, how long we fly, how many edited videos and photos you need, and travel. Tell us about the project and Fitz sends a custom quote with every amount spelled out.
Can you fly near the beach or downtown St. Pete?
Often, yes. Parts of St. Pete and Tampa sit in controlled airspace near Albert Whitted, St. Pete-Clearwater International and Tampa International. We check every location ahead of time and request authorization where it's needed. If a spot is off limits, we tell you up front.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first. If wind, rain or storms make it unsafe to fly, we move the flight to a new date.
Do I get photos too?
Yes. Aerial stills can be added to any drone shoot, and they work great for listings, websites and social.
